Welcome

I am a proud graduate of the Music Diploma Program at  RDP. I have a degree in Music and in Education.

Over the last twenty years, I have been able to share my knowledge in the school community as well as through private lessons.

I enjoy composing, recording & performing as part of the chorus for the Calgary Opera. 

I began learning violin at the age of four and studied the Suzuki Method. As well, I have performed with the EYO for over 6 years. Currently, I am working towards my ARCT teacher certification. Whether you prefer classical, fiddle, contemporary, or jazz, I offer lessons tailored to each student’s goals and interests.

Music has been a part of my life since the age of 5 when I started to learn to play the guitar. I began teaching at age 14 and continue to this day (50 years later). I obtained my Masters in Music Education in 2012, and I look forward to teaching the art of music to those who choose to learn an instrument!
